Biography

Meryem Uzerli was born on 12 August 1983 in Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe in Germany. Her father Hüseyin is Turkish while her mother Ursula is German. She has two elder brothers and an elder sister, Canan who is a jazz musician. She studied acting at the schauspielstudio Frese in Hamburg. Her best known part is as Hürrem Sultan in the historical Television drama series Muhteşem Yüzyıl. She won the 'Best Actress' Golden Butterfly award for this part in 2012.

    she is so pretty and adorable. i have never seen such complete beauty through out my life. her acting is just so perfect. even in dubbed version she appears flawless. i admire her alot and all of you please stop criticizing her without any good reason.

    her acting is good but she has a very fast look on her face. dont want to offend anyone but i agree with the comments here, this girl has not an ounce of innocence on her face. but calling her pornstar or hooker face is also not acceptable, its not her fault her face looks like a slut. okay.
